This Corporate Finance Manager role is with a well-established organisation in the transport & distribution sector, known for its strong industry presence and commitment to excellence. The role reports into the Department Head and has one analyst reporting into it, this person will be responsible for owning banking relationships and over seeing key re-financing transactions across the globe.

Description

• Lead corporate finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders, offering actionable insights.
• Oversee and optimise cash flow management to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and financial modelling.

Profile

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AMCT, CFA).
• Proven experience in corporate finance within a corporate or advisory business
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with financial systems and tools relevant to the role
