Senior Corporate Counsel: VC/PE/M&A Leader (London)

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a senior corporate attorney to lead and grow its corporate practice in a London-based hybrid role. You will advise founders, family offices, and institutional investors on venture capital, private equity, and M&A.

Ideal candidates have 10-20 years of experience at mid-sized to large firms, a J.D. with U.S. bar admission, and a track record of leading bespoke transactions, mentoring juniors, and building client relationships.
