Senior Corporate Counsel - 12mth FTC

Global financial services operator is looking for a Senior Counsel to cover a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role is due to commence in mid-October, so candidates on notice from other roles can be considered. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days per week in the Central London office.

Working within a well-established team, you will handle a broad range of responsibilities including corporate advisory, general commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters. There will also be opportunities to support cross-border issues within the company's international network. The legal team supports stakeholders across all business functions, most notably Treasury, Finance, and Tax.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE, preferably with a corporate background, though candidates with banking & finance experience seeking a generalist in-house role will also be considered.
