Senior Contracts Manager - Raised Floors (London)

London Raised Floors is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of live projects from award through to final account. You will report to the Operations Director and manage contract scope, CSAs and margin protection while coordinating subcontractor labour on site to meet programme requirements.

The role requires a strong track record in London commercial office fit-out (Cat A/B) and experience running multiple projects profitably.
