Job Description

Senior Contracts Lawyer needed in Northampton Paying £25.08 per hr ref Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
Provide expert legal advice on commercial, procurement, and contractual matters.
Support key projects and strategic initiatives with legal input.
Identify and manage legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Manage disputes and support resolution processes where required.
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice.
Mentor and support junior legal staff where appropriate.
