Senior Contracts Counsel - SaaS & Outsourcing (Hybrid UK)

Capital One UK is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel - Contracts to join our UK Legal Team in Nottingham. This permanent hybrid role involves drafting, negotiating and advising on supplier contracts, including SaaS, outsourcing and technology agreements.

You will report to the Head of UK Contracts, supervise junior colleagues, and help manage regulatory risk across third party engagements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
