Senior Contract Wordings Technician

We are supporting a Reinsurance brokers with their recruitment of an experienced Contract Wordings Technician to join their Alternative Risk Transfer team.
This role is focused on drafting and executing contracts and other documentation in the Reinsurance(Specialty) team, managing complex, high-value Proportional, Excess of Loss, and other risk transfer contracts, predominantly from North America.
The key requirements are:
- Legal and Contractual Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the legal and contractual aspects of USA Property and Casualty Reinsurance.
- Program Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all programs.
- Reinsurance Market Experience: Proven experience of working in the reinsurance market.
- Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of regulatory requirements in the territories concerned and related regulatory aspects.
- Regulatory Rules: Knowledge and understanding of NAIC Model Intermediary Act and other regulatory rules and guidelines.
