Senior Contract Manager - Maintenance & Projects

Wates Smartspace is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the responsive maintenance team from our Finsbury Park office. You will drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio, managing contracts with turnovers from £2m to £12m.

You will build a high-performing team, deliver KPIs, and ensure SHEQ compliance while collaborating with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong leadership and financial acumen in a busy environment.
