Senior Content Designer

If you are a Senior Content Designer with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working with user-centred design & digital delivery teams, we have an excellent new contract we'd like to discuss with you.

Please note this role falls inside IR35 and will require one day per week onsite.

• Take responsibility for content quality and mentor content colleagues.
• Write and map user stories
• Previous experience working with GDS (Government Digital Services)
• Review the work of others to assure quality
• Lead on content projects, supporting the successful delivery of schemes.
• Promote the content design discipline.
• Engage with the cross-government community.
• Stay updated on industry changes.
• Create and maintain content in multiple projects.
• Work with the project team and stakeholders.
• Set content design scope for products and services.
• Work closely with User Centred Design team, Business Analysts, the Project Manager, and stakeholders.
• Support clear and efficient ways to work for User Centred Design.
• Lead content design activities on projects across environmental and social schemes.
