Senior Consultant Psychiatrist - Leadership in Complex Care

Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrists to join our Community Mental Health Teams at Desborough House, Eastleigh, providing expert clinical leadership and high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

You will work closely with primary care, acute services, and a multidisciplinary team, shaping patient pathways, contributing to service development, and taking part in teaching, CPD and research.
