Senior Consultant: Outwards Reinsurance

We are hiring a senior consultant to support our insurer and reinsurer clients with outwards reinsurance transformation projects, and to contribute to business development and thought leadership in this area. You will work in an international team of reinsurance experts, collaborating closely with Synpulse's Outwards Reinsurance Lead for the UK & Europe, based in London. Our outwards reinsurance service offerings include engagements with clients in the London Market and internationally. Your role may involve system implementation work in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. We expect you to:

1. Lead the growth of our outwards reinsurance practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and team upskilling.
2. Support in delivering transformation projects, including requirements gathering, process design, workshops, data analysis, client-vendor liaison, project management support, training, and other tasks as needed.
3. Keep abreast of the market for outwards reinsurance systems and develop expertise in specific partner systems and data models.
4. Assist in business development activities such as market research, whitepapers, proposal preparation, and account management, depending on business needs and your interests.
