A leading private tertiary hospital in Al Khobar is appointing a Senior Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in adult joint reconstruction and complex arthroplasty to direct its newly established surgical suite. Operating with full clinical independence and direct access to Mako Robotic Arm Assisted technology, you will deliver precise, high volume joint procedures while introducing modern minimally invasive protocols. This position is tailored for a forward thinking surgical leader seeking to establish a benchmark of operative care in the Eastern Province.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a surgical team.
• Operate independently with Mako Robotic Arm Assisted technology.
• Deliver precise, high volume joint procedures and implement minimally invasive protocols.
• Establish a benchmark of operative care in the Eastern Province.

Requirements

• UK CCT/CCST, FRCS (Tr & Orth), American Board, or equivalent Western Tier 1 board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Minimum of 7 years of post licensure experience as a Consultant surgeon with demonstrated leadership in total joint replacements.
• Native or fluent English communication skills; demonstrated capacity for clinical governance and sub specialist mentorship.
