As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Insurance to lead strategic transformation projects and help our clients stay ahead in an evolving regulatory and technological landscape.

• What you'll be doing: Leading Change in the Insurance Industry

As a Senior Consultant - Insurance, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation in the insurance sector. You will work closely with industry leaders, regulators, and technology providers to design and implement strategic change initiatives.

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects within the insurance industry, ensuring successful execution.
• Develop and implement structured change management strategies, aligning with regulatory and technological shifts.
• Advise clients on key industry trends, including digital transformation, automation, and regulatory updates.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, pension funds, and regulators.
• Support business development efforts, leveraging your industry network to expand FiSer's client base in insurance & pensions.
• Collaborate with technology partners to integrate digital solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Contribute to FiSer's overall strategy, helping shape the future of our consulting practice in the insurance sector.

• What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated consultant with expertise in insurance, pensions, and financial services transformation.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, pensions or financial services, ideally within a consulting firm, insurance company, or bank.
• A strong network within the insurance industry, with experience engaging key decision-makers.
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects from initiation to implementation, managing risks and resolving conflicts.
• A deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and IT innovations in the insurance sector.
• Project and change management expertise in Agile environments.
• A passion for digital transformation, staying up to date with emerging technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• The legal right to work in the Netherlands.
