Senior Consultant - Life Sciences & Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Consultant within the Life Sciences & Digital Transformation industry to deliver and lead strategic, digital and operational initiatives for life science clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of end to end consulting engagements across commercial, medical and digital domains.
• Provide and develop recommendations and insights through analytical frameworks, domain knowledge with data driven approaches.
• Provide high quality project outputs such as presentations, process maps and reports.
• Provide advisory recommendations supporting decision making and strategic planning to senior client stakeholders.
• Transform client challenges to logical problem statements and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee and train junior consultants and analysts providing development support and guidance.
• Collaborate across digital, technology, design, data and domain teams when required.
• Provide support with the development of new consulting offering, methodologies and best practices.
• Develop support leadership assets such as POVs, frameworks, white papers and case studies.

Required skills

• Strong consulting capabilities and understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech ecosystem.
• Translate diverse business challenges into technology-enabled actionable solutions.
• Leadership, collaboration and developmental skills.
• A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain.
• Bachelors degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or digital/technology enablement within pharma or biotech.
