Senior Consultant - Principal - CFO PE Search
Higher Group is partnering with one of London's leading PE Specialists, holding three global offices and 60 operators. They're responsible for the large majority of notable movers within the PE landscape across UK, US & Pan-Europe.
After finishing Q1 36% Up YoY, they're looking to expand their Fund & Portfolio CFO Teams.
You'll be joining a multi-head, high-functioning team, led by one of the firm's Top Partners, generating an excess of £850k a year. They hold a track record of taking those without PE experience, and developing them into superstars capable of £300k+ year one!
If that's not enough, you'll be peer-mentored by the firms top biller, generating £2,800,000 last year alone. With their water-tight relationships, you'll have inbound work from day one.

- Avg Fees £50k+
- Inbound work (over 40 roles referred to this team YTD)
- Avg Biller: £400k
- Avg Year 1 Performance: £300k (Majority inbound)
Who are you?

The ideal profile will:
- Be billing in excess of £150k/year
- 2-5 years experience in Finance or Tech Recruitment
- Be highly drive & hungry to become the best
