You will have good understanding of either Commercial Transformation, Omnichannel Strategy or Launch Excellence programs and have experience in helping clients with successful management and execution of their commercial initiatives, such designing commercial models, portfolio and brand planning and supporting and developing product commercialization roadmaps. The Role As a Senior Consultant at DT, you look forward to working with companies in the life sciences sector, and help these firms conceptualize, enable and thrive on the overall Commercial opportunity.Specifically, you will:

• Use consulting methodologies to collect data and insights, and turn these into practical recommendations and solutions for clients
• As an expert of the client organization, work directly with clients to bring consulting projects to a success
• Planning, delivering, and facilitating client meetings and workshops and presenting results to clients and disseminating them to key stakeholders
• Support in the business development process - from developing client relationships, identifying and defining projects, and writing business proposals
• Work together with DT's research director and principal consultants in writing new point-of-views, industry benchmark reports and other insight documents
• Contribute to DT's practice development by participating in the creation of new propositions and methodologies

Your experience:

• Deep expertise in either Commercial Transformation, Omnichannel Strategy or Launch Excellence programs and related activities
• A deep understanding of the pharma industry across the commercial environment
• Strong interest and curiosity in anything related to commercial strategy, digital excellence and customer experience
• Good understanding of organizational change management as key component of firms' transformation cycles
• Track record in leading small client projects entirely or workstreams in large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools
• Experience with the facilitation of sessions in workshops and presentations to clients
• Manage and mentor junior team members

Desired Skills:

• Strong academic record
• Preferably one additional language (ideally: Spanish, German, or French)
• First-class analytical and consulting skills, including project management, client management, delivery, and execution of juniors in the team,
• Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills
• An eye for detail

You will be based in our London office and visit clients around the world. This role does not involve long periods working at a single client site. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. A position at DT Consulting means you have flexibility to organize your days.
