Senior Consultant - ServiceNow

To support the rapid growth in Workplace Services consulting and implementation, we are expanding our Employee Excellence team with a Senior Business Consultant ServiceNow . This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of workplace operations and IT solutions for Facility Management, who can translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus, willingness to explore the potential of ServiceNow platform can make workplace service flow a must. You'll work on projects involving Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and related modules such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) , Health & Safety (H&S) , and Field Service Management (FSM). You'll also contribute to the development of our consulting services and internal capabilities. Collaborate with Technical Consultants to ensure successful implementation Contribute to internal knowledge development and service offering refinement Support pre-sales activities with solution design and value proposition input Proven hands-on experience with Workplace and/or facility management systems.
