- Support numerous Global Benefits Management projects, with a focus on benchmarking and M&A components.
- Attend client pitches and meetings (virtual or in-person) as a subject matter expert, showcasing our capabilities.
- Take ownership of a dedicated revenue target for the region and contribute to business development.
- Deliver benchmarking and data analytics projects within established timeframes and financial parameters.
- Present results and insights as part of a collaborative client service team.
- Collaborate with the Market Research team to deliver benchmarking services.
- Peer review Quantum studies and support innovation in data analysis and technology-based solutions.
- Mentor and review the work of less experienced staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Proven experience in an HR consulting or professional services firm.
- Strong management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Solid understanding of employee benefits and a demonstrated interest in global environments, cultures, and languages.
- International or non-US benefits consulting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field (advanced degree or project management certification is an advantage). Equivalent years of industry experience will also be considered.
