Senior Construction Solicitor - Lead In-House Team

Ardmore Group is seeking a construction solicitor to lead and develop a small in-house legal team. You will support the business across the full project lifecycle, from contract negotiation through to project delivery, while mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals.

You will provide expert advice on construction contracts, subcontracts and disputes, working with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and ensure commercial objectives are met.
