Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality services for large national infrastructure projects and frameworks, working for blue-chip clients and the public sector.
  • Grow workload through bidding, proposal writing, local resource deployment, and managing infrastructure projects with existing and new clients.
  • Work across all sectors as opportunities arise, supporting internal design teams and external UK and international projects.
  • Manage and deliver key accounts.
  • Provide project technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and safety assurance services.
Your Team

We are a national team of health and safety professionals managing construction safety and business safety assurance services across the UK and internationally. Working in London or Birmingham, you will serve internal WSP teams, government bodies, and large organizations, including blue-chip companies, infrastructure providers, developers, and government agencies. Our team fosters an inclusive culture that promotes development based on ambition, performance, and delivery.

What we are looking for
  • Extensive experience in a consultancy delivering construction and business assurance services.
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • Proven ability to deliver CDM duties and support services for both designers and clients.
  • Experience conducting audits and inspections for premises and management system compliance, with excellent technical skills.
  • Experience reviewing, auditing, and developing management systems.
  • Experience assisting with commercial/bid proposals and project setup.
  • Relevant academic qualifications and professional memberships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects and people effectively.
