Location: Paris, France (50-100% on-site at Charles de Gaulle Airport)

We're seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a prestigious airport lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

You must have previous experience working with Group ADP or have previously worked at CDG airport.

About the Role

As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be the client's primary point of contact and the driving force behind the design and construction of this project. From pre-construction to final walk-throughs, you'll lead internal teams, manage stakeholders, oversee financials, to ensure the project is completed to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination across design and construction phases
• Manage document control, submittals, RFIs, and project reporting through platforms like Procore, SAP, and Invoice Works
• Oversee budget tracking, procurement, and contract execution
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and airport authorities to ensure timely approvals and delivery
• Drive project start-up activities, manage program schedules, and maintain stakeholder engagement
• Deliver robust closeout processes, including punch lists, O&M manuals, record sets, and warranty walks

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in construction project management, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or complex commercial builds
• Proven track record with design-build delivery models and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong technical proficiency in project management tools (Procore, SAP, etc.)
• Ability to lead contract procurement, budget oversight, and project forecasting
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
