Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor

Essentials: 5-7+ years' experience in a Construction Planning role (ideally Residential projects) in Ireland; Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Location: South Dublin - based between site & office

Project: High-density large scale residential new build

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000

Our client, an international Tier 1 Main Contractor is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Planner to join their onsite & office teams in driving the success of Dublin based high density residential projects through meticulous planning and strategic foresight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reports.
• Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department's knowledge base.
• Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule related activities.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
• Execute short to medium term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward looking insight to mitigate project risks.
