Senior Compliance Officer (2LoD) - Regulatory Excellence

Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will act as a key second line of defence, delivering expert regulatory compliance advice and robust oversight to 1LoD teams.

You will focus on ensuring regulatory obligations are met and customer outcomes are improved across operations. You will build strong relationships with the business, support development of conduct risk frameworks, and oversee monthly reporting.
