IDEX Consulting has partnered with a leading specialist insurance business to recruit an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join its second line of defence. This senior, hands-on role covers governance, regulatory change and risk across underwriting, operations and claims.

You will embed the compliance framework, provide practical advice, lead investigations into breaches and support regulatory reporting, while building a proactive compliance culture across the organisation.
