Senior Compliance Lead - SMF 16, Board Oversight

Our client, a large international group in London, seeks an experienced Head of Compliance to hold SMF 16 and manage a sizable department. You will report to the CEO and oversee regulatory interactions with the FCA, risk reporting, and regulatory submissions.

Hybrid role with 60% in central London, with potential visits to other UK or international offices. You will develop and maintain the compliance framework, guide senior management, and promote a culture of compliance across the firm.
