Senior Complaints Governance & Risk Manager

St. James's Place in Cirencester is seeking a mid-senior level Complaints Governance - Risk and Controls Manager to strengthen risk, governance and control across the Client Liaison Division.

You will lead end-to-end risk assessments, oversee regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty and FCA, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive robust controls and better client outcomes.
