Our client is looking for an experienced Pay Equity & Transparency Specialist to lead advisory, compliance, and analytical activity across a global organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with evolving legislation, strengthening transparency practices, and enabling data-driven reward decisions across a complex, international organisation.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Act as subject matter expert on global pay equity and transparency legislation.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise HR and Reward leaders on compliance risks.
- Deliver pay equity analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Support development and implementation of global and regional pay transparency policies.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on transparency initiatives.
- Develop training, guidance, and employee/manager-facing materials.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong background in reward, compensation, HR compliance, or related field.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- In-depth knowledge of international pay legislation, particularly EU pay transparency.
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience with HR systems and pay equity tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive data.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
