Job Description
Martin Pooley Associates is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to lead on a high volume of commercial contract work in Greater London. You will provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to support business objectives and manage legal risks effectively.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, capable of drafting and negotiating various contracts while liaising with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and sales.
