Senior Commercial QS - Lead High-Value Projects & Strategy

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the full commercial management of projects. You will work with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager and broader team to maximise commercial returns and manage contractual issues while developing junior staff.

The role involves ownership of commercial strategy, risk management, and leadership across multi million euro projects in Ireland, including NEC/JCT contract frameworks.
