Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, Legal 500 law firm based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will also be responsible for:

• Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Providing expert guidance on landlord and tenant matters.
• Managing projects and maintaining client relationships effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal processes.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property matters. You will also:

• Be technically proficient in commercial property law.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be client-focused and commercially aware.
• Have strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Be proactive and capable of working independently.
