BCL Legal are working with a leading Top 200 UK law firm who are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established and growing team in Bishop's Stortford.

The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management
- Development and investment work
- Acting for a diverse client base, including businesses, charities, education providers, and developers

You will work alongside experienced colleagues on complex transactions while also managing your own matters independently. The firm places a strong emphasis on client service and long-term relationship building.
