Solid growth has led to the creation of a new role for a Senior Commercial Manager to take the lead on a major project for the southern region, providing full commercial control for a residential project valued in excess of £100m.

Responsible for leading the site based commercial team, you will be responsible for all elements of commercial success, working with all stakeholders and reporting to the Commercial Director. It is likely you will have recent relevant experience managing major residential projects and have experience with Tier One contractors.
