.Senior Commercial Manager page is loaded Senior Commercial Managerlocations: Cambridge, UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR105170 Competitive salary and remuneration package including, 27 days holiday, pension contributions matched up to 9% Car allowance Hybrid working opportunity Private Healthcare Marshall, an independent, family-owned British company, proudly helping our customers move forwards since 1909We now have an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to support our key campaigns and offer advice and support to our directors and others who need some independent advice on all matters relating to our commercial arrangements.Responsibilities will include: Acting as the customer point of contact for contractual & commercial matters Encouraging good industry standard practice and self-assessment of quality and accuracy of commercial work Minimising the contractual, commercial and business risk and exposure of the Company whilst maximising profit opportunity Leading the Commercial team Ensuring the efficient and effective transfer of commercial responsibility for newly contracted business in the delivery and performance phase Collating commercial data as required for bids and projects Providing advice, assistance and guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, including commercial support and contracts Maintaining knowledge in area of expertise and coaching and developing colleagues Maintaining close contact with Procurement staffPlease apply if you have most of the following: A demonstrable record of working in a commercial environment, working on complex contracts for a variety of and commercial civil and possibly defence sector customers An in-depth working knowledge of pricing, terms and conditions and other contractual documentation The capability to interface with senior company and customer personnel and all employees An understanding of defence/aerospace contracts, ideally Def-Cons Ideally worked with international customer base Working knowledge of pricing and business .A Resourcing team member will respond to you as soon as possible.
