Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day commercial activities on assigned projects.
- Maximise project profitability.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain, ensuring a professional level of communication is always met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and integrated project delivery.
- Providing commercial support to maximise the performance on all projects
- Provide Senior commercial support and development of junior members of the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial management within the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong financial reporting, cost forecasting and valuation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team and to manage complex subcontract accounts.
- Solid understanding of contract administration and change management.
- Professional, fair, and positive approach to all project stakeholders.
