A leading international law firm in Birmingham is looking for a Principal Associate to join their Commercial IT & Outsourcing team. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a chance to work on complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors, including automotive and healthcare. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' PQE in commercial contracts, strong drafting and negotiation skills, as well as experience supervising junior lawyers.
