Senior Commercial Finance Lead

A global Agency is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team. This will suit someone who's commercially minded and has experience in owning Client Portfolios.

Responsibilities

Commercial Portfolio Management: Drive the financial health and commercial success of the client portfolio. Ensure precise forecasting, timely receipt of Purchase Orders, and strict adherence to fee approval processes.

Contract & Compliance Oversight: Guarantee all fees are backed by a corresponding Statement of Work (SOW). Partner with Business Leads and Legal to review SOWs, maintain accurate rate cards year-round, and identify or mitigate potential commercial risks.

Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Department Heads.

Internal Financial Operations: Take commercial ownership of specific group units, overseeing the internal investment tracker and managing all non-billable activity codes.

Reporting Innovation: Continuously refine, develop, and implement advanced commercial reporting strategies to improve business visibility.

New Business & Pitch Leadership: Lead and support new business pitches while enhancing the commercial data, pricing models, and insights supplied to the New Business Team.
