We are now looking for a Senior Cloud Architect willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and define secure, scalable and compliant cloud architectures
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and contribute to cloud strategy
• Define architecture standards, patterns and governance frameworks
• Support development teams on cloud-native, DevOps and distributed systems
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Monitor cloud portfolio and drive optimization and innovation
• Collaborate closely with business and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to global technology strategy and architecture decisions

Technical Profile:

• +8 years of experience in IT with strong focus on cloud architecture
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect (hands-on)
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Solid knowledge of networking, protocols (e.g. HTTP), security and encryption
• Strong grasp of core engineering fundamentals (encoding vs encryption, hashing, infrastructure concepts)
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Ability to go into low-level technical detail when needed
• Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus

Work Model & Context:

• Hybrid model (50% onsite / 50% remote)
• Office: Expo, Gare do Oriente (Lisbon)
• Fixed team day: Wednesday onsite
• Possibility to consider Porto-based candidates (for strong profiles)
