How You'll Make an Impact We're looking for a Senior Director of Client Development to join our London team. Your mission will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products and highly differentiated solutions into Epsilon and Publicis Groupe's existing portfolio of clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You'll report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in the office).

What You'll Achieve

  1. Use general business acumen to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and position Epsilon's unique offerings to help clients achieve their goals.
  2. Drive revenue by navigating internal organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders and partners within Publicis Groupe.
  3. Be consultative and creative in delivering customized sales solutions that meet client needs and goals.
  4. Manage client accounts effectively both internally and externally.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
  6. Quickly learn and understand the client's landscape to address their needs competitively and meaningfully.
  7. Negotiate with internal and client decision-makers to create positive outcomes for all parties.
  8. Lead internal resources to prepare and deliver objective-based solutions for clients.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring: 5-8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, SaaS, or client management, including client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency roles.
  • Experience with key marketing components like strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and develop strategies utilizing Epsilon's full product suite.
  • Comfort with consultative sales and solution selling.
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
  • Solid quantitative skills and understanding of analytic tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Preferred qualities: Highly driven, proactive, curious, and focused on personal development.
