Senior Clerk of Works: Remote/Travel Site Inspections

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Clerk of Works to support residential and commercial developments in Swindon. In this role, you will carry out inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld and generate detailed reports.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of clerical experience, knowledge of construction methods, and excellent communication skills. Membership in the ICWCI is essential as well as a valid UK driving license. The position offers flexibility in work location and a pension as part of the package.
