Senior Clerk of Works - Hybrid Inspections Lead & Mentor

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Clerk of Works to perform inspections on residential projects across the M4 Corridor and West Country. You will also mentor junior colleagues and uphold high standards across the Clerk of Works service.

You will inspect regularly, monitor progress, produce detailed reports with photo evidence, and verify compliance with contracts, regulations and warranty standards. Hybrid working options are available.
