Senior Cleaning Ops Manager - Rail Portfolio (UK)

Churchill Group is seeking a Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for their rail client, across 35 sites between London and Kent. You will lead and support four Operations Managers and eight Duty Managers, blending hands-on site visits with strategic planning to ensure service excellence and strong contract performance.

You will work with the Account Director, contribute to new business mobilisation, and help shape best practices across the wider Churchill Group.
