Senior Cleaning Operations Leader - 35-Site Portfolio

Churchill Group is seeking a collaborative and people-focused Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for our rail client. You'll lead and support four Operations Managers and eight Duty Managers across 35 sites between London and Kent, delivering excellent service while maximizing contract performance through a hands-on approach.

You will work closely with the Account Director, conduct site visits, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and contribute to new business
