Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Are you an innovative senior civil or structural engineer or consultant capable of agile, lateral thinking? Do you enjoy applying and developing technical leadership and engineering management skills to deliver exciting projects?

We are looking for full-time senior civil and structural engineers to join our growing team in Epsom, supporting a range of nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion reactor technologies. You will work a minimum of 3 days per week from a Power New Build office or client office.

Relevant experience in civil-structural design and analysis, research and development, project engineering, or design consultancy is beneficial. You should be able to coordinate across multidisciplinary projects, lead and review design of new structures, and take project ownership. Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail is advantageous. You should be able to work collaboratively, write bids and tenders, and manage and mentor staff.
