We're hiring a Senior Chemist (EMEA) to join their R&D - Technology & Operational Excellence team in Brussels, Belgium.

As a Senior Chemist, you'll work closely with Research Scientists and R&D Managers to develop and evaluate new chemistries, processes, and applications that are critical to their product portfolio.

You'll independently manage projects, ensure laboratory safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

We're looking for someone who has:

A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biochemistry, or related field

5-8+ years of experience in the chemical industry (or relevant academic background)

Hands-on R&D lab expertise - knowledge of surfactants and Parr reactors is a big plus

Strong documentation, safety, and project management skills

Professional knowledge in English and Dutch (additional languages a plus)

Key responsibilities:
