Senior Chef de Partie

The Swan is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our very busy kitchen.

We can offer this role on a full time basis working over 4 days per week or on a part time basis from 30 hours per week, offering flexibility with shift patterns.

The Swan is a rural country pub close to Whitchurch (10-minute drive) and Nantwich (20-minute drive). We opened in April 2018 after an extensive refurbishment. The pub has gone from strength to strength winning many awards. Own transport is essential due to rural location and no public transport.

Our menu is on the traditional side and predominantly British, using fresh produce with the emphasis on quality all coming from our state-of-the-art induction kitchen.

This position would suit a chef used to working in a busy pub environment with good knowledge of fresh food operations, who is well organised, a good communicator and loves the buzz of a busy service and is able to work in all sections of the kitchen.

You will be responsible for assisting with the daily food operation to ensure a smooth service and adhering to HACCP documentation and processes.
