This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *managing the chatbot platform, including configuration, releases, and uptime*

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Chatbot Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of their Partner Hub chatbot. You will ensure stable performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on leveraging Generative AI to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the chatbot platform, including configuration, releases, and uptime

• Monitor performance KPIs and resolve issues proactively

• Enforce AI governance, safety guardrails, and regulatory compliance (eg, GDPR, EU AI Act principles)

• Lead AI risk assessments and maintain audit documentation

• Optimize chatbot content and templates in collaboration with content teams

• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience managing enterprise chatbots or digital assistants

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including RAG and prompt engineering

• Strong customer focus and analytical mindset

• Comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills

Bonus: Experience with A/B testing
