Senior Change Manager

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Change Manager to join our team. Change and Transformation is a part of Business Services, a sub function which brings together business critical services supporting across Retail and Group Customer Operations.
The Change and Transformation team is responsible for managing and delivering successful end to end change into front line teams, aligned to the Group Strategy and ensuring all colleague impacting change lands successfully with front line teams.
The purpose of this role is to lead the design, development, and delivery of low code technology solutions, with a particular focus on AI opportunities and AI enabled colleague experiences. This role will also support the wider Business Services team with AI council and model risk creation, approval, and governance.
You will lead a small team in Change and Transformation, working closely with the COO function and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, shape solutions and deliver practical technology enhancements that improve colleague and member outcomes.
This role is focused on the delivery of incremental business change through low code platforms and AI technologies.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35 hours.
This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
