Senior Change Management Consultant

• 6-month contract - until 2nd April 2027
• Up to £206,000 per annum
• London- hybrid working

We are hiring an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support major enterprise HCM transformation programmes for a leading global technology organisation.

This is a senior, customer-facing consulting role focused on the people side of large-scale technology transformation. You will partner with customer stakeholders, project leadership and senior executives to ensure organisations and their employees are prepared for and successfully adopt new enterprise technology.

You will lead and support end-to-end change management activities across complex HCM deployments, including:

• Stakeholder identification and stakeholder management
• Change impact assessments
• Change strategy and planning
• Communications planning and delivery
• Training strategy and planning
• Organisational readiness assessments
• Adoption measurement
• Development of communications and training materials
• Maintaining change management project plans
• Advising customers on change activities throughout enterprise technology deployments
• Partnering with senior customer stakeholders and project leadership

You will bring:

• 5+ years' experience with Tier 1 enterprise software, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, FinancialForce or similar
• 5+ years' HCM deployment change management experience within large transformation programmes
• 5+ years' consulting experience, gained through consulting, enterprise software, internal consulting or customer-side transformation programmes
• Strong experience leading employees and organisations through changes to technology and ways of working
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with delivery
• Experience working directly with customers in complex transformation environments
