Senior CDM Consultant

A prestigious Construction and Property Consultancy in Bristol is looking for a dynamic Senior CDM Consultant to strengthen their established Health & Safety and Principal Design team.

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll lead on complex projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver CDM advisory services and Principal Designer duties

• Provide expert guidance to clients and design teams on risk management and compliance

• Mentor junior CDM Consultants and support their professional development

• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations across multiple projects

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

• Membership of IOSH or APS (TechIOSH / IMaPS minimum)

• Proven experience delivering CDM advisory services

• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
