Job Description
The Orchard Nursing Home in St Albans is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This full-time role offers a permanent contract at £14.91 per hour, 40 hours per week at The Orchard Nursing Home.
You will support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals for our residents in a 63-bed home, with a focus on nutrition, safety, and food presentation. Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Catering and Hospitality, Level 2 Food Safety, and at least 5 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
